Before your purchase can be completed, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By using this website or purchasing Credits or digital artwork, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. This agreement may change at any time; changes take effect when posted on this site.

Preamble

1. User data is for internal use only and will be treated confidentially.
2. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
3. Your payment method will be charged immediately after purchase.
4. After purchase you will receive an email notification with payment details. The contract is formed when the order is submitted.
5. Purchased Credits are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
6. Support questions are answered within two working days.
7. We recommend printing or saving the transaction data and these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

1. "User" means a registered account holder with a valid username and password on the Site.
2. "Payment Provider" means the company that processes payments for purchases on the Site.
3. "Site" means this website (DrawMyAnime / DrawMyAnime), an anime-only platform for original safe-for-work digital artwork.
4. "Credits" means the Site's closed platform balance used only to purchase Posts, Requests (custom illustrations), and Tips within the Site. Credits are not cash, gift cards, or transferable currency outside the Site.
5. "Artist" means a creator who publishes original anime artwork or accepts custom illustration Requests on the Site.
6. "Digital artwork" means finished Posts, custom Request deliverables, and other downloadable or viewable anime art sold on the Site.

Description of Services

The Site offers original anime artwork that is safe for work (SFW). Users may purchase finished Posts, commission custom illustrations (Requests), and send Tips to support artists. NSFW, adult, and sexual content is not allowed. Artists create the artwork; the Site provides the platform and payment processing through a Payment Provider.

Credits

Credits are a closed balance for use only on this Site. They may be used to unlock Posts, pay for Requests, and send Tips. Credits have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred to other users except as allowed by Site features, and are not redeemable for money except where a refund is granted under these Terms.

Billing

The Payment Provider or Site brand name may appear on your card or bank statement for applicable charges. The amount and currency shown at checkout are what you commit to pay before confirming purchase. Prices for Credits packages are displayed on the top-up page and are one-time charges unless otherwise stated.

Tax

Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other applicable tax may be included in or added to your purchase depending on your country, state, or local regulations. Tax rates may vary.

Payment / Fee

You pay the price shown at checkout for the selected Credits package or product. There are no recurring membership fees for Credits top-ups. Any payment-method fees charged by third parties (for example, your bank or crypto network) are your responsibility.

Agreed upon Method of Communication

A transaction receipt will be sent by email to the address associated with your account or provided at purchase.

Electronic Receipt

You will receive an email receipt after a successful purchase. You may request a copy of recent charges by contacting support through our contact form.

Cancellation

You may close your account or cancel an unfulfilled Request by contacting support. Credits already used to unlock a delivered Post or a completed Request cannot be cancelled. Pending Requests that the artist has not approved or fulfilled within the stated deadlines may be cancelled and refunded according to the Request rules shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted through our contact form. We aim to treat refunds fairly for digital artwork purchases:

• A refund may be granted if Credits were charged but not delivered to your account due to a technical error.
• A refund or Credit return may be granted if a Request is not approved or not fulfilled within the deadlines stated when you placed the Request.
• Refunds are generally not issued for Credits already spent on delivered Posts or completed artwork that matches the agreed brief.
• Tips sent to artists are generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases of proven unauthorized payment or platform error.

Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method. We do not refund by cash or to a different payment method. Granting one refund does not create an obligation to grant future refunds.

Cardholder Disputes / Chargebacks

Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks are investigated and may result in account suspension. Fraud claims may lead the Payment Provider or Site to contact your card issuer.

Authorization of Use

Your account is for personal use only. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or redistribute purchased digital artwork except as expressly allowed by the Site or the artist's license terms. Commercial use of Site content without permission is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Account Security

Keep your username and password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for activity on your account until we are notified of a security breach.

Platform Scope

DrawMyAnime is an anime-only, safe-for-work platform. Only original anime artwork is permitted. NSFW, adult, sexual, or pornographic content is prohibited. Publishing rules for artists are set out on the Content Publishing Rules page.

Supplementary Terms and Conditions

The Site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of their offering to the User, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of United Kingdom applicable to contracts negotiated, executed, and wholly performed within said Country. Disputes arising hereunder shall be settled in United Kingdom.

Content Responsibility Statement

DrawMyAnime is solely responsible for the content on this website.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of United Kingdom. Each Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

Comment Moderation Policy

All comments posted on our site are subject to manual review by our moderation team after they are published. This process ensures that content aligns with our community guidelines, keeping discussions respectful and free from harmful or inappropriate material. Our moderators actively monitor comments to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all users. Please be aware that comments violating our guidelines may be edited or removed at the discretion of our moderation team. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these standards.

Content Standards

These content standards apply to any User Comments and use of Interactive Services. User Comments must, in their entirety, comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Without limiting the preceding, User Comments must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or any content that violates applicable laws or promotes unlawful activity.
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
• Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these terms of service and our Privacy Policy.
• Be likely to deceive any person.
• Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
• Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
• Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Involve commercial activities or sales, including contests, sweepstakes, sales promotions, bartering, or advertising, unless allowed by the Site.
• Mislead others into believing they originate from or are endorsed by us, or any other person or entity, if that is not the case.

General Complaints

We invite anybody to report abusive or rule-violating content. Your report will be confidential and handled within 7 days from reception. Please use the contact form

Content Removal

We take removal requests seriously. Contact us if you find content that:

• Infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Violates our content publishing rules (including NSFW or non-original artwork).
• Reveals personal information without permission.

USER UNDERSTANDS THAT DrawMyAnime CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT FILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE INTERNET WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER CODE THAT MAY MANIFEST CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES. USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING SUFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND CHECKPOINTS TO SATISFY PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCURACY OF DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT, AND FOR MAINTAINING A MEANS EXTERNAL TO THE SITE FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ANY LOST DATA.
